Professor Wurzel's Disc Notes:
'Poor, Poor Farmer' was issued as a single in May 1971 and, unusually, was not tied up with an album release. A similar version re-appeared on the 1974 'Don't Tell I' album, although the single version is very clean and is probably a studio recording.
'Chitterling' appears to have been recorded at the same session as the 'a' side of this single and has since appeared on several Wurzel albums.

in the days leading up to the official release.
